I will be demonstrating two fun, delicious and different recipes for a great fall vegetable:  Beets.

Program Description:

Welcome back Chef Joel of of Hemmachef!  Focusing on beets this time around, he will demonstrate then provide tastes of the following:

Beet Muhammara Dip
Inspired by the classic Persian recipe, this delicious, smooth dip is made with steamed beets, red peppers, walnuts and pomegranate molasses. Tasted with whole wheat croutons.

Roasted Spiralized Beets with Honeyed Balsamic Reduction and Toasted Goat Cheese Crostini
Beet “noodles” with a not too sweet reduction of Wisconsin honey and balsamic vinegar. Herbed goat cheese on whole wheat toasts.
