In this workshop, kids will learn the basics of these classic French doughs– Pâte à Choux, two different tart doughs and French Bread dough–as well as other culinary skills such as learning how long it takes to properly caramelize onions. Some of each batch will be sent home with each participant to show off their newly found or honed skills! On the menu: Gougères (Cheesy Poofs); Pissaladierre with Pâte Brisée (French Onion Tart with Classic Flakey Pastry); Ficelles (Mini- Baguettes); Chocolate and Raspberry Tart with Pâte Sablée (Sweet Tart Dough).
