    In this hands-on cooking class, participants will learn to make several Japanese favorites.  They will learn to roll sushi and make the following rolls (which are vegetarian with a cooked fish option – no raw fish in this class!): Cucumber Roll; Roasted Sweet Potato Roll; Spicy Tuna Roll; Wisconsin Roll (including Cheddar cheese!).  Also on the menu: Soba (Buckwheat) Noodles and Asian-Style Vegetable Stirfry, and Dora Yaki (Sweet Pancakes with Sweet Bean Paste) for dessert.  Location: St. Mark’s.  Class Cost: $45.
